We are seeking friendly and dependable Call Center Representatives to assist customers with scheduling transportation services. The ideal candidate will have a professional phone presence, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to provide helpful and compassionate service. This position involves assisting individuals with disabilities, so patience, empathy, and professionalism are especially important.

Key responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assisting customers with arranging and scheduling transportation services.
• Entering trip information accurately into the appropriate scheduling system.
• Determining the appropriate scheduling approach based on the customer's requested pickup or arrival time.
• Providing clear and accurate information regarding transportation schedules and trip details.
• Maintaining a positive and patient attitude when assisting customers with questions or concerns.
• Following established procedures and guidelines to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Completing additional customer service or administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and friendly telephone presence.
• Customer service experience preferred; retail, hospitality, call center, or similar backgrounds are welcome.
• Comfortable working with computer systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately enter information.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to commit to the required schedule.
• Must be comfortable working with individuals who may have disabilities or additional transportation needs.
• Must successfully complete required background and drug screening prior to starting.

Additional details include:

• Training: Classroom-style training will be provided prior to working independently.
• Start Date: ASAP, with the preferred start date of Monday, October 5.
• Interview Process: Direct start process; qualified candidates may move quickly through the hiring process.
• Schedule: Candidates must be flexible to work an 8-hour shift scheduled between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
• Background/Drug Screening: A qualifying criminal background check and 5-panel drug screen are required before beginning the assignment.
• Dress Code: Business casual.
• Software: Microsoft Office and specialized scheduling/phone systems will be used.
