We provide leads, paid pre-licensing, hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed. You will work and train in New Lenox, then after a few months, move to the Mokena location! Strong communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic Self-motivated and willing to learn Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required Experience in retail, hospitality, recruiting, automotive, banking, or other sales/customer-facing roles is a plus Licensing Required — We'll Help You Get There An Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required before starting. Don't have your license yet? We'll pay for your pre-licensing course and help you through the process of getting licensed.
