Head of Product - critical infrastructure, early stage Co

New Head of Product opportunity!

We are kicking off a search for a Head of Product to join an early-stage deep-tech company as their first Product hire.

This company is tackling a significant security challenge facing critical infrastructure, where many systems today depend heavily on GPS and other technologies that can be vulnerable to disruption.

Their technology provides an alternative approach to delivering highly resilient precision timing, with applications across telecoms, energy, data centres, and various other critical infrastructure.

They've spent many years developing and validating a highly technical infrastructure technology and are now moving from the pilot phase into commercialisation.

We are looking for someone who can:

- Build the Product strategy and roadmap from the ground up.

- Lead customer discovery with partners and the end customers who use this tech.

- Understand complex hardware/software environments and how to scale the offering.

- Shape platform, API, SDK, and integration strategy.

- Take highly technical products from pilot phase through to commercialisation.

You'll initially be the Product function, so we need someone who is hands-on and genuinely enjoys building, but can also build a PM team as they grow.

Experience across telecoms, critical infrastructure, PNT/GNSS, RF, broadcast, or similar technical environments would be very interesting.

Location - Ideally the Washington DC area, but they are open to candidates across the USA.

Compensation - $200k–$220k base + 10–20% bonus + equity
