Description You will be a Stock Assistant for our team in Chelmsford, MA, supporting our microelectronics operations. What You Will Be Doing Prepare assembly kits for issue to the manufacturing floor in a manner which meets established standards of quality and schedule Work from pre-printed kit sheets and layout diagrams, in order to efficiently kit materials from stockroom inventory Verify SAP system/Warehouse Mgt System vs. physical inventory, identify anomalies, and initiate corrective actions in accordance with established procedures Accurately perform daily cycle counts on existing inventory and ensure parts are properly packed and correctly labeled Requires knowledge of warehousing and stockroom practices, such as receiving, stocking, and issuing materials General Requirements of this Position Include Handling/Packaging small parts utilizing tweezers, vacuum pens, and microscope as needed Ability to accurately perform basic arithmetic calculations Some historical research and understanding of movements and transactions within SAP Perform general stockroom duties as required Why Join Us You're a detail-oriented and organized professional who is passionate about supporting our microelectronics operations. Security Clearance Requirements MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. Clearance Level: Secret Basic Qualifications Stockroom experience in handling and packaging small parts Good computer skills Good verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work from and understand work instructions and procedures. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $42,400 - $74,750. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
