E-Commerce Specialist (Business Success) Job Category : GBK Office-Employee Requisition Number : ECOMM008072 Posted : August 17, 2026 Full-Time Locations Showing 1 location Carlstadt, NJ 07072, USA Description Responsibilities but not limited to: Analyze the workflow and integration between the systems and look for opportunities for improvement Communicate directly with solution providers to improve and/or solve complex technical issues Respond to Jira tickets and (IT ticketing System) to solve and define technical issues with VTEX , Autostore & B1. Create and manage internal user guides for VTEX, Autostore & B1 Optimize site functionality and navigation to enhance user experience leading to increased conversion rates Identify and analyze customer behavior trends, sales data, website traffic using Google Analytics to broaden business opportunities Collaborate with the sales team to align e-commerce strategies with overall sales goals Partner with the customer support team to address issues and improve the overall customer experience Qualifications / Skills: Bachelor's degree preferred (not required) IT knowledge, especially front-end and back-end e-commerce systems At least 4-5 years of relevant IT/e-commerce experience preferred Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., VTEX, Shopify,) and proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
