Job Overview We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support B2B campaign execution across paid, owned, and earned channels. Ideal candidates are data‑driven and skilled at engaging business decision‑makers. Responsibilities Execute SEO, PPC, and LinkedIn ad campaigns targeting B2B audiences. Assist with email nurturing and automation workflows. Support content campaigns including webinars and case studies. Analyze campaign performance and generate reports. Research industry trends and competitors for optimization insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing. Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion metrics. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Physical Requirements The job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
