Customer Service Representative – Printing & Converting Location: Branford CT Shoreline Area Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30/5:00 PM Salary: Up to $75,000 annually, based on experience Employment Type: Direct Placement ***Candidates must have a background in printing services or similar to be considered*** Revere Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a direct-hire opportunity with an established printing and converting operation. Printing industry experience is required for this position. Position Overview The Customer Service Representative will serve as an important connection between customers, sales, and production. The goal of this position is to maximize customer satisfaction while helping maintain an efficient flow of information throughout the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with printing industry experience who understands the importance of communication, organization, order accuracy, and customer service in a production environment. Key Responsibilities Enter customer orders into the open job system Assist with preparing sales order entry forms Prepare and maintain customer release and shipping documentation Track customer inventories Send confirmation letters for estimates and orders Track orders throughout the entire process, from artwork through production and shipment Respond to customer questions and provide order updates Communicate with sales, production, and customers to keep projects moving Prepare reports related to customer purchases Identify and help resolve potential customer or production issues Perform additional reporting and administrative responsibilities as requested by management Qualifications Printing industry experience is required Minimum of 3 years of customer service or sales experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects Ability to remain professional and help diffuse potential customer issues Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent software Associate degree preferred but not required Salary up to $75,000 annually, depending on experience Full medical plan 401(k) with employer match Paid holidays Paid vacation Temporary and permanent disability insurance Qualified educational assistance Monday through Friday schedule Revere Staffing Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
