We are looking to hiring a Entry Level Service Advisor at our Dealership!

Hawk Ford of Saint Charles has a unique opportunity.  As a Service Advisor, you will recommend proper vehicle care to our valued customers and explain the value of maintaining their vehicles for optimal performance. Successful Service Advisors are ambitious problem solvers that thrive in a very fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Consult and interpret customer needs for the technicians
• Utilize exemplary customer service and sales skills to drive sales
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matter
• Understand customers’ problems and arrange for appropriate service
• Prioritize required services, and offer options
• Set and manage the expectations of the service delivery for both the customers and technicians
• Continuously keep the customer updated on repair needs and completion times

Job Requirements:

• Dealership Service Advisor experience is preferred.
• CDK proficiency preferred
• Exemplary customer service skills and sales skills are a must
• Phenomenal follow-up skills
• Able to work in a high volume environment and multi-task
• High energy and positive attitude
• Professional personal appearance
• Time management skills needed
• Must be organized
