Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Interpret basic arrhythmias and manage patients with complex medical needs
• Perform Foley catheter irrigations and manage PCA, Epidurals, and CPM
• Manage drains, chest tubes, and surgical patients
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care
• Float across various medical-surgical and critical care units as needed

Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years experience in MedSurg/Tele
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and CPI (assistance provided if needed)
• Proficient nursing skills including cardiac drips, neuro, and pulmonary care
