Your adventure begins now—unleash your potential with MANTECH!MANTECH seeks an experienced and passionate, career and customer-oriented Queue Coordinator to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD or San Antonio, TX. SHIFT—Monday – Friday 6 am – 2 pm ET/ 5 am – 1 pm CTResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Review, assign, reconcile and support the management of service tickets throughout their lifecycleProvide technical assistance and telephonic support for Remote Monitoring to Intel CustomersHelp coordinate with IT service providers and communicate outages and plans for recoveryHelp provide technical assistance and support for Workflow Management servicesCommunicate with technicians to determine task assignmentsCoordinates with Site Leads and Regional Managers on ticket prioritization and assignmentsConducts database research to support ticket requirementsFollows up with other work centers to ensure task completion and task assignmentMonitor and support ticket workflowsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience, Associate's Degree with 4 years of experience or High School and 5 years of experienceExperience with ServiceNow and managing WorkflowsSecurity+ certificationClearance Requirements:Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ PolyPhysical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% and use repetitive motionsConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.Communication with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentationsMove about freely in a laboratory settingMANTECH considers all qualified applicants for employment without regard to disability or veteran status or any other status protected under any federal, state, or local law or regulation.If you need a reasonable accommodation to apply for a position with MANTECH, please email us at View email address on click.appcast.io and provide your name and contact information.
