Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction Projects

Oversee all aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project Manage the financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors / Vendors, Client relationships Maintain a safe and secure work environment Manage the Project Budget and the requirements of the Contract Oversee the set-up of the Project Job Management System (Procore) Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts Lead in the Hand-off meeting from Development Ensure accurate, timely and pertinent monthly project reports and cost reviews Implement the Project Specific Quality Assurance Plan Manage and develop all Project Managers Requirements 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience 8+ years of experience Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates leadership skills Ability to multitask and willing to perform additional duties as necessary Travel Requirements 40-60% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.
