This clerical position is crucial as it influences the patient care experience and sets the tone for a positive patient journey. Key responsibilities include phone interactions, registration, scheduling, co-pay collection, billing, and appointment confirmations. Your role ensures patients receive the right care at the right time. Qualifications: High School Degree or GED Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume customer service role Strong customer service and PC skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask This position is located at Per-diem/Middleboro Urgent Care.
