Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients. This includes assessing mental health diagnoses and creating actionable steps for each client's therapeutic journey.

• Maintain a caseload of at least 27 client visits per week, ensuring all sessions are documented accurately and in compliance with company policies.

• Utilize creative interventions tailored to individual client needs to facilitate their progress toward mental health goals.

• Engage in collaborative care by communicating and coordinating with case managers, families, schools, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support for clients.

• Participate in clinical staff meetings and ongoing educational trainings to enhance individual clinical skills and contribute to the team culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds, including BIPOC and LGBTQ individuals. As an LMFT at Questa, you'll have the opportunity to deliver both in-person and telehealth services, ensuring that therapy is accessible to all clients. Your insights and understanding of the varied challenges faced by different demographics will be pivotal in their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Possession of a valid California LMFT clinical license.
\n
• Proficient in completing clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment plans, with a strong focus on timely submissions.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
\n
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and exhibit stability in therapeutic relationships.

• Experience working with a diverse range of clients, showing comfort and proficiency in addressing varied mental health issues.

• Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Records (experience with Valant is advantageous).

• Successful completion of a background check.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Questa Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $105,000 annually, along with a potential sign-on bonus. In addition to a competitive pay structure, you'll also benefit from a commission based on client sessions and comprehensive coverage of administrative time, including consultation and documentation.
