Parish Office Associate

The parish is seeking qualified candidates for the part-time position of Church Office Associate. Primary duties include welcoming visitors, answering phones, copying, database management, ministry scheduling, sacramental record keeping, and assisting parish staff and parishioners. Applicants must have excellent oral and written communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, have the aptitude to work with a variety of software platforms, demonstrate accuracy, and, preferably, be a Roman Catholic practicing the stewardship way of life. The job offers a flexible work schedule of 20-25 hours per week depending on parish activities and seasonal expectations.
