Brilliant Earth is seeking a Customer Experience Assistant Manager for our Scottsdale showroom. You will build and mentor a team of Concierges and Jewelry Consultants to deliver a personalized luxury showroom experience while driving sales and customer satisfaction. The role is full-time, on-site in Scottsdale, with a compensation budget of $55,000-$60,000 depending on experience.
