Experience: Minimum 2 years, Trauma Level I experience required

What You'll Do:

Assist in all core OR procedures across trauma, neuro, ortho, urology, general, GYN, plastics, ENT, and laparoscopic cases

Provide trauma Level I surgical support with experience in neuro, ortho trauma, craniotomies, VP shunt, thrombectomies, and organ donations

Support complex neuro, spine, and cranial surgeries, including craniotomies and VPS placements

Use specialized equipment such as DaVinci XI robotic surgical system

Maintain sterile environment and assist surgical team with equipment setup

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures

What You Need:

Required Certifications: BCLS, NBSTSA

Experience: Minimum 2 years, trauma Level I experience essential

Key Skills: Neuro, ortho trauma, spine, craniotomy, VPS, thrombectomies, organ donation, urology, laparoscopic, ENT, plastics, oral maxillofacial

Preferred: Experience with DaVinci robot, flap, scope procedures, dilation and curettage, gynecological laparoscopic surgeries
