Job Description
Line cook position. The job is essentially assembly line sandwhich maker + grill + fryer. Each person has their own station and will work their designated station on any given day. we staff enough people to have one person to each station but every person will learn every station in order to help the team through rushes. Pay is 18 for first 90 days, then after 90 days it goes to 20 an hour. This is before tip sharing. Line cooks receive tip share based on hours worked divided equally among staff. training is paid and thorough.
