MIND 24-7 in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support patients through crisis stabilization and psychiatric care on a 3/12 days schedule. You will help create a safe, therapeutic environment, working closely with nursing and clinical teams. Responsibilities include monitoring patient safety, conducting screenings, administering de-escalation techniques, assisting with ADLs, and documenting vitals and tests in the EHR. #J-18808-Ljbffr MIND 24-7
