Hospice Executive Director

Middlebury, CT (Coverage Area: Connecticut) Key Responsibilities This is the senior operations leader for the Connecticut hospice program. Responsibilities include: Leading day-to-day hospice operations across the Connecticut service area Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local hospice regulations Managing financial performance, quality metrics, and operational outcomes Leading interdisciplinary teams and developing managers Driving patient, family, and employee satisfaction Building relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners Overseeing strategic growth and census development Hospice Executive Director – Healthcare, Educational Requirements, and Qualifications for the State: BSN – 3 years of Hospice Experience MSN – 1 year of Hospice Experience Branch Health Administration – 2 years RN, not a requirement, but Hospice is mandatory. Master's Health Administration 1 year Strong leadership team experience for growing the hospice branch.
