Job Title: IT Support Technician Location: Arizona, United States - Phoenix or Mesa, AZ - twice/three times a week Duration: Long term Interview Mode: Phone then Video About the job The candidate will work as an L1/L2 IT Support Technician on-site/hybrid in Phoenix(Mesa), USA. The role focuses on monitoring IT systems to ensure IT security and providing first and second level support to end users. A senior colleague will be assigned on-site for full onboarding and training. Main roo Monitor IT systems to ensure IT security Regularly review IT settings and policies in assigned systems (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Microsoft Intune) Provide first and second level support for end users Full onboarding supported by an assigned senior colleague on-site Must have skills 1-3 years of experience in IT focused on monitoring, networks or servers ITSM processes -- Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 -- Advanced Microsoft Intune -- Advanced Zabbix -- Intermediate Graylog -- Intermediate Experience with monitoring IT systems and IT security Based in the USA (Phoenix area) -- on-site/hybrid availability #J-18808-Ljbffr
