Quality Control Technician – Cable Manufacturing

Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to inspect cable products and ensure they meet established quality standards before shipment.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect cables for defects, damage, and workmanship issues
• Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks
• Verify products meet company specifications and quality standards
• Follow written work instructions and established quality procedures
• Identify, document, and report defective or non-conforming products
• Communicate quality concerns to production team members and supervisors
• Maintain accurate inspection records as required
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with the production team to support consistent product quality

Qualifications:

• Previous quality control, inspection, cable manufacturing, or production experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Dependable attendance and a positive, professional attitude
