INDEPENDENT INDUSTRIAL SALES AGENT – LATIN AMERICA

$90K–$100K Salary + Uncapped Commission
Remote | Field-Based Sales | ~60% Travel

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly driven, well-connected Sales Agent with experience selling fabricated or engineered solutions into agriculture, industrial, and commercial markets within Larin America. 

This role is ideal for a relationship-focused professional who understands technical products and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

You will play a key role in expanding market presence by delivering customized solutions that improve operational efficiency, asset protection, and environmental performance across multiple industries.

WHAT YOU’LL BE SELLING

• Engineered weather protection, ventilation, and access solutions
• Customized protection, access, and partitioning systems
• Performance-enhancing solutions designed to protect workers, equipment, and processes

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Develop and manage relationships with farmers, facility operators, OEMs, and industrial clients
• Identify new business opportunities across agriculture, manufacturing, warehousing, and related sectors
• Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored, engineered solutions to customers
• Build and leverage third-party and channel relationships to expand market reach
• Support clients through the full sales cycle, including after-sales service
• Report to the U.S. Business Development Manager

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Proven success selling fabricated, engineered, or technical solutions
• Strong network within agriculture, industrial, manufacturing, or commercial sectors
• Ability to understand customer needs and position customized solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate independently
• Comfortable working in field-based, relationship-driven sales environments
• Willingness to travel as required
