Senior Test Automation Lead - CI/CD & Quality Strategy

Symetra's Individual Life Division is seeking a full-time Test Automation Lead to unify the test automation strategy across ILD delivery teams. You will mentor STEs, SDETs, and engineers while hands-on implementing automated testing across UI, API, and performance with strong DevOps integration. You will collaborate across ILD and Symetra to champion quality, improve speed to market, and drive observability and security testing within Azure DevOps pipelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Symetra
