Customer Service RepresentativeEnterprise Mobility, Chelsea's office is accepting applications for a full-time customer service representative.This is a great opportunity to work with a fantastic team and get experience with a well-known and highly regarded company. The responsibilities include providing a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs. The CSR will also gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support and customer assistance. This position will be located at 324 Marginal St, Chelsea MA.This position pays $18/hr with opportunity to earn bonuses. In addition to this strong wage, we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance options, paid vacation time, paid holidays, profit sharing, and 401(k) with company match.Hours:Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 7am-5pm with an hour break, Saturday 8am - 12pmResponsibilitiesMeet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely mannerProvide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipmentOffer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service informationAnswer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendorsPlace outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assignedAssist to assess condition of rental upon returnNotify management of any known customer problemsNotify management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenanceContinuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom trainingEqual opportunity employer/disability/veteransQualificationsMust be at least 18 years oldWe are seeking candidates who are bilingual (English and Spanish)High school diploma or GED equivalent requiredMust have at least 6 months of prior customer service retail or administrative support experienceMust have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 yearsNo drug or alcohol related conviction on record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 yearsMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future Enterprise Holdings
