Senior Proposal Coordinator

What You'll Do Coordinate proposals, qualifications, presentations, and other pursuit materials from kickoff through submission. Collaborate with technical staff and leadership to develop compelling, client-focused proposal content. Maintain marketing resources, including project profiles, resumes, firm qualifications, and business development materials. Write and edit proposal content, project sheets, award submissions, brochures, and other marketing communications. Support capture planning by developing strategic messaging, key differentiators, and visual concepts. Assist with market research, opportunity tracking, and business development initiatives. Help manage website content, digital marketing, and social media communications. Ensure all materials meet quality, branding, and submission requirements. Mentor junior team members and help improve proposal and marketing processes. Coordinate proposals, qualifications, presentations, and other pursuit materials from kickoff through submission. Collaborate with technical staff and leadership to develop compelling, client-focused proposal content. Maintain marketing resources, including project profiles, resumes, firm qualifications, and business development materials. Write and edit proposal content, project sheets, award submissions, brochures, and other marketing communications. Mentor junior team members and help improve proposal and marketing processes. What You\'ll Bring 3–5 years of marketing, proposal coordination, or business development support experience. AEC industry experience preferred. Experience preparing proposals and qualifications for public and private sector clients. Familiarity with New York and New Jersey public agency procurement processes preferred. Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with website content management systems and digital marketing tools is a plus. Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. Compensation The anticipated compensation range for this position is between $65,000/yr-$95,000/yr .
