School Based Speech Language Pathologist (Short Term)

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based, contracted position near Indianapolis, IN. There are openings available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to provide essential services during Maternity and Medical Leaves. The role offers you the opportunity to support students from PreK through 6th grade, working with both General Education and Essential Skills populations.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Indiana required
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of 45-60 students
- Comfortable collaborating with educators and families
- Strong organizational skills for documentation, paperwork, and time management
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect SLP services to a diverse group of students
- Complete evaluations, develop IEP goals, and maintain accurate records
- Provide support across a range of needs and settings, adapting interventions for maximum student growth
- Engage in paperwork, billing time, and ongoing student progress monitoring
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
- Part-time schedules may be considered, but full-time candidates are strongly preferred
