Pay Rate: $40-$55 (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time
Days: 5 Days Per Week

Work Setting: Onsite
Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for two leave coverage opportunities during the 2026–2027 school year. These onsite positions offer the opportunity to support students in a collaborative school environment while providing high-quality speech and language services.
The district strongly prefers full-time candidates but is open to considering part-time applicants.
Available Openings:
Maternity Leave
Duration: May 1, 2026 – December 18, 2026
Schedule: 35–40 hours per week, 5 days per week
Caseload: Approximately 45–60 students
Student Population: PreK and Grades 2–6
Services: General Education and Essential Skills students
Medical Leave
Duration: July 27, 2026 – September 10, 2026
Schedule: 35–40 hours per week, 5 days per week
Services: School-based speech-language services as assigned
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services
Deliver both direct and indirect speech-language services
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals
Complete evaluations and prepare comprehensive evaluation reports
Maintain accurate documentation, billing, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Perform all duties expected of a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist
Qualifications:
Active state Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Experience with evaluations, IEP documentation, and Medicaid billing preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Passion for supporting student growth and communication development
