This role involves working in a vibrant PICU environment handling a variety of diagnoses including medical, surgical, neuro, and cardiovascular cases. As a travel nurse, you'll have the opportunity to apply your skills in an acute care setting, supported by a team of on-site intensivists, APPs, residents, and a house supervisor available 24/7.

• Provide direct and individualized care to pediatric patients in a critical care setting
• Monitor vital signs using bedside Phillips monitors and recognize rhythm changes
• Collaborate with pediatric intensivists and nursing staff to deliver high-quality care
• Administer medication and perform routine procedures as required

Requirements of the RN - PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care

• Active IL RN license or confirmation that application process has been initiated
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PICU
• Current BLS and PALS certifications
