Project Commercial Contracts Manager (remote with travel, renewables construction)

We are seeking a remote-based Commerical Contract Manager! for overall management of a project contract during the pre-construction and execution phases. This role will require up to 50% travel to the site. This position will be responsible for administration of EPC contracts in conjunction with project leadership, including risk identification and management during project execution, providing input during pre-construction activities and negotiations as required, and for coordinating directly with the site leadership, Commercial, and Legal teams to pro-actively monitor and manage contractual terms, draft notices, and coordinate change order administration. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that construction projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget while maintaining compliance with contractual obligations and requirements. Their expertise is essential for minimizing risks and fostering positive relationships among all stakeholders involved in the project.Location & Travel Details: This role can work remotely or from a corporate office.
