We're looking for a Field Service Technician to join a growing service team responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing pump systems, control panels, piping, and related equipment at customer facilities. This role offers the perfect blend of shop-based work and field service, allowing you to expand your mechanical and electrical skills while working independently and directly supporting customers. Job Description:

• Install, repair, and replace pumps, control panels, piping systems, and related equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in the field and service shop
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep critical systems operating at peak performance
• Complete pump and piping system assembly, modifications, and installations
• Conduct service calls, inspections, and on-site equipment assessments
• Read and follow service procedures, safety guidelines, and repair documentation
• Utilize hand and power tools to complete repairs and installations safely and efficiently
• Document work completed, parts utilized, and recommendations for customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in both shop and field settings
• Work directly with customers to provide professional service and technical support

Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Experience working with pumps, piping systems, industrial equipment, or facility maintenance
• Basic to intermediate electrical knowledge, including motors, controls, and panels
• Experience with preventative maintenance and equipment repair
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to travel locally to customer locations
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship

Work Environment

• This position is split between a service shop environment and customer sites throughout the surrounding area.
• Technicians work with pumps, motors, piping systems, control panels, and related industrial equipment while utilizing hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centennial, CO.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
