Financial & Payroll Coordinator

Financial & Payroll Coordinator (Temporary) Part-Time 20-25 hours per week Are you a detail-oriented payroll and finance professional who enjoys keeping processes organized, accurate, and compliant? We're seeking a Financial & Payroll Coordinator to support payroll, accounting, and financial operations while helping ensure timely payments, accurate reporting, and seamless onboarding of instructors and vendors. What You'll Do Manage payroll operations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Review payroll queries, labor redistributions, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation Process and track payments, invoices, and financial transactions Coordinate instructor and vendor contracts from creation through completion Collect and process new instructor paperwork Maintain employee records and HRIS data Support financial reporting and accounting functions Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 3+ years of payroll and financial operations experience Knowledge of payroll systems, financial reporting, and accounting principles Experience with Banner is a plus Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software Why Apply?
