• Portion control to minimize waste and maintain consistency
• Food cost management to maximize profitability

Required Skills:

• Experience in fryer and grilling techniques
• Proficient in food handling and preparation
• Knowledge of catering and quality of service standards
• Strong cooking skills in various cuisines
• Understanding of sanitation and food safety guidelines

Nice to Have Skills:

• Baking experience
• Food and beverage management knowledge
• ServSafe Certified
• Cost management and ordering skills
• Merchandising expertise
