Registered Nurse - ICU StepdownThis position features a night shift with a schedule of 3x12-hour shifts from 18:45 to 07:15.We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a fast-paced ICU Stepdown unit that manages patients post-rapid response. The ideal candidate will have strong drip experience and be capable of working independently in a high-acuity environment, with a focus on hemodynamic stability and managing complex patient needs.Managing arterial lines and titrating vasoactive drips.Providing telemetry care, including interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.Administering blood products and managing central and peripheral lines.Utilizing IV insulin protocols and managing rapid response protocols.Monitoring and managing patients with respiratory distress and unstable hemodynamics.Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU or stepdown environment.ACLS, BCLS, and NIHSS certifications required.Experience with conscious sedation and telemetry monitoring.Ability to manage complex patient conditions, including post-surgical complications.Must pass EKG Testing prior to start.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
