Join our hospitality team and gain hands-on experience working alongside industry professionals across diverse functions. This internship is designed to develop your skills and competencies to thrive in the fast-paced world of hospitality and contract food service. You'll work closely with leadership within your sector and account, gaining exposure to operations, marketing, guest services, sales and catering, problem-solving, innovation, and client relationship management.

What You'll Learn & Do:

• Contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences and client relations

• Provide operational support across front-of-house, back-of-house, catering, marketing, and administrative functions

• Support the execution of operational standards and contractual commitments

• Assist with financial activities, including profit & loss and loss prevention

• Help ensure safety, quality assurance, and compliance with food safety standards

• Participate in associate learning and development initiatives

• Gain experience in people management, including scheduling and time management

• Assist with inventory management and loss prevention

Learning Objectives:

• Develop awareness, understanding, and skills to succeed in diverse hospitality environments

• Gain practical experience through observation and active participation in multiple hospitality functions

Minimum Qualifications:

• Genuine interest in the hospitality and service industry

• Experience, knowledge, or studies related to hospitality (preferred but not required)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

Preferred Interests:

• Sustainability and environmental impact (e.g., carbon "foodprint," farm-to-fork practices)

• Quality assurance and food safety

• Contract food service management
