Marlton, NJ ⏳ 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Are you an experienced Medical Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment? We are seeking a professional and organized Medical Receptionist to join a busy specialty practice in Marlton, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and gain long-term stability through a contract-to-hire position.

• Monday - Thursday: 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM
• Friday: 7:45 AM - 12:00 PM
• Every 3rd Friday: 7:45 AM - 3:00 PM

• 3+ years of medical receptionist experience
• Experience working in a high-volume medical office
• Comfortable supporting a practice seeing 50-60 patients per day
• Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills
• Experience with EMR systems and insurance verification preferred

• Greet and check in patients while providing exceptional customer service
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information and update records in the EMR system
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments in person and over the phone
• Follow up on missed appointments and assist with appointment rescheduling
• Verify insurance coverage and collect co-pays and outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Respond to patient questions and concerns, escalating issues when necessary
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards
• Assist with administrative duties including scanning, faxing, mail distribution, and signing for deliveries/packages

• Busy medical practice averaging 50-60 patient visits per day
• Approximately 20 employees on-site

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marlton, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
