Litigation Attorney — Personal Injury Law Firm
Sedaghat Law Group, APC (Lady Legal) | Beverly Hills, CA — In-Person
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000/year, based on experience

Sedaghat Law Group, APC — known as Lady Legal — is a women-owned and women-led plaintiff's personal injury firm in Beverly Hills, growing steadily and proud of the culture we've built along the way. We're looking for a Litigation Attorney to join our team, and we welcome candidates at every stage of their career — including entry-level attorneys ready to start strong. We provide hands-on training and mentorship, and we take real pride in helping young attorneys grow into confident, capable litigators.

This is an in-person position based in our Beverly Hills office.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations in person
• Communicate directly with clients, providing guidance and support through their legal journey
• Collaborate closely with our case management and support staff, working on-site

Requirements :

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar, OR eligibility to sit for the California Bar Exam (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn — prior litigation experience is a plus, not a requirement
• A collaborative, team-first mindset
• Able to work in-person at our Beverly Hills office
