Arash Law is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing litigation team. Responsibilities Manage a personal injury caseload from inception through resolution. Develop case strategy and provide legal counsel to clients. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands. Conduct depositions, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances. Prepare cases for trial and collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy. Maintain consistent communication with clients and provide exceptional service. Work closely with paralegals and support staff to move cases efficiently. Qualifications Active member of the California State Bar. Experience handling personal injury litigation preferred. Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Excellent negotiation and advocacy abilities. Outstanding communication and client relationship skills.
