Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care in a patient-centered setting. Key Responsibilities Managing a panel of patients through clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment Overseeing care plans, coordinating referrals, and communicating with specialists Monitoring and managing acute and chronic conditions, adjusting treatments accordingly Partnering with patients and families to ensure effective care management Providing consultation for hospitalized patients and supporting staff to optimize departmental effectiveness Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, Masters preferred Licensed by the Massachusetts board of registration in Nursing National Board Certification and current DEA licensure or ability to obtain Massachusetts DPH Controlled Substances Registration Maintains BLS certification; professional certification as appropriate Preferred: 2+ years of advanced practice clinician experience. Compensation: Range from $109,500 to $164,000, including base pay, bonuses, and benefits such as health coverage, incentive programs, stock options, and 401(k).
