ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency has been proudly serving the community since 2011 and has grown into a strong, nine-person team built on collaboration, trust, and positivity. Before opening my own agency, I began my career with State Farm in Claims and later transitioned into Marketing, where I developed a passion for helping people protect what matters most.

Outside of work, I'm a proud mom of two and love spending time outdoors - camping, hiking, and staying active. Mindset and personal growth are huge parts of both my life and our office culture. I also serve as a Girl Scout troop leader, which allows me to stay connected and give back to the community in a meaningful way.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Juliana Velez - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
