That's where you come in!Base Pay Range:$72,000 - $78,000Essential Job Functions:Gather, Manage and Understand DataDefine the goals of analysis activities, and coordinate the collection of appropriate data from databases—understand and assess business situations from an information perspectiveEvaluate, improve, and build on existing information schemas—work to make operations data accessible and useful across the sales teamCollaborate with sales team members to identify and pursue performance opportunitiesReporting & SupportInterpret reports and assist sales staff and sales management in understanding underlying data and analysisSupport the account maintenance process to ensure all information is accurate and availableMaintain & audit critical sales data through the appropriate IT systems and departmentsTake ownership of assigned areas for reporting and analysisInternal end-user point-of-contact for ad hoc information requests—assemble and distribute operational reports and performance metricsSupport the automation of reporting, and the building of new metrics and dashboardsSupport the sales team with data questions and/or issues that need resolutionFacilitation and ImplementationWork collaboratively with members of the sales team to analyze data and possible implications - what's the situation mean & what to doContribute to the evaluation and development of new capabilitiesAssist with initiatives to enhance, improve or correct system functionalityParticipate in the development and pilot of sales processes, approaches and methods to understand what works and help determine long term solutions to support the sales teamHelp facilitate group meetings, coordinate feedback, testing and promotion in support of projectsOther Duties as AssignedPosition RequirementsBachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Mathematics, Engineering or related field1-2 years of experience in a related field preferredAbility to work as a team player towards mutual goalsWell organized, self-starter who eagerly approaches new challengesDemonstrates good interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and time management skillsAbility to deliver under tight deadlines in rapidly changing business environmentProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)Experience with programming languages for statistics and automation (R or Python) is a plusFamiliarity with data-access languages (SQL, SOQL) is a plusFamiliarity with OBIEE, Salesforce or Google Analytics platforms is a plusCompetencies RequiredProblem SolvingAgilityInitiativeCommunicationRelationship BuildingPhysical Job RequirementsContinuous viewing from and inputting to a computer screenSitting for long periods of timeTravel as necessary, <10%Drug PolicyDealer Tire is a drug-free environment.
