Regional General Manager - Vaccines

Reports to the Head of Sales and leads a team of Area Business Managers (ABMs) and Area Business Directors (ABDs) Accountable for the full commercial performance of their region across the entire Sanofi Vaccines portfolio Engages a highly diverse customer base spanning health systems, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), medical groups, independent practices, and birthing hospitals Lead formal regional business reviews with senior leadership Develops deep national, regional and local business plans to prioritize assets and develop robust forecasting Requirements Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 15+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience Minimum of 7+ years of regional, area, or equivalent senior-level people management experience to include 2nd line leadership Proven ability to influence across matrixed, cross-functional organizations at a senior level Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders both internally and externally Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in leading sales teams within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a strong focus on commercial performance and strategic business planning. Proven ability to engage diverse customer bases and influence senior leadership across matrixed organizations.
