Journeyman Plumber – Lead, Mentor & Problem Solver

Meridian, Idaho | Master Plumbing
$3,000 Net Sign-On Bonus After 90 Days
An Active Journeyman Plumbing License Is Required to Be Considered

Master Plumbing is looking for an experienced Journeyman Plumber who brings strong technical skills, with a commitment to doing things right! We’re not looking for someone who simply wants to punch a clock.

Every day brings a new challenge. You’ll be trusted to:

• Put safety first on every job and follow company policies and procedures
• Perform both emergency and non-emergency plumbing, and drain-cleaning services
• Operate drain-cleaning, hydro jetting and sewer camera equipment
• Diagnose problems and complete quality work with professionalism and attention to detail
• Write, clear and detailed invoices proposals and job reports
• Work in a variety of environments, including confined spaces, low-clearance areas and heights
• Work outdoors and in changing weather conditions
• Safely operate a company vehicle
• Read, understand and complete scopes of work with limited supervision
• Lead by example and mentor apprentices, helping them build both technical skills and confidence
• Deliver the kind of customer service that turns first-time customers into cheerleader customers

• Active Idaho, Montana, Oregon or Washington Journeyman Plumbing License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously
• Proven plumbing and mechanical skills
• Ability to work independently while also leading and mentoring apprentices
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read, write and complete scopes of work with limited supervision
• Safety-first mindset
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Clean background
• Ability to pass a drug test

$3,000 NET SIGN-ON BONUS - After 90 days of employment and remaining in good standing with the company , you’ll receive a net $3,000 sign-on bonus.
