What You Will Be Doing As the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for leading a skilled hourly crew in the C‑130 outer‑wing build, driving quality, cost, and schedule excellence. Your responsibilities will include: Supervise a team of 10+ hourly associates, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and schedule targets. Implement process‑improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Collaborate with HR and union stewards to resolve employee matters and maintain positive labor relations. Oversee training, performance evaluations, and compliance documentation for all team members. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless production operations. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Marietta, GA Basic Qualifications: Experience leading or managing in a production setting. Experience collaborating with hourly employees. Aircraft maintenance or aerospace manufacturing experience. Proficiency in using Shop Floor Manager (SFM) or similar systems. Desired Skills 3+ years aircraft production experience. Experience in a union environment. Experience in budgeting and staffing. Shop Floor Manager (SFM) experience. Able to multi-task and prioritize efficiently. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally, in writing, and in group settings as a member or leader. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical, non-technical, and business staff at all levels. Comfortable with Microsoft business suite with the ability to learn additional computer systems. Proficient in Quality Action Document System (QADS). Knowledge of C-130 assembly.
