Talent Acquisition Representative (Part-Time) Integrity First Caregivers (IFC) Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Schedule: Part-Time (20-30 hours per week) Flexible Schedule Some evening and weekend recruiting events as needed Travel throughout West, Middle, and East Tennessee required Mileage reimbursement provided for approved business travel Position Summary Integrity First Caregivers is seeking a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Representative to support our growing workforce across Tennessee. This position is responsible for recruiting, screening, hiring, and assisting with the on-boarding of qualified candidates for direct care, employment services, and administrative positions. Responsibilities Post and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other recruiting platforms. Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Conduct reference and background check processes. Assist with on-boarding and new hire paperwork. Schedule employee orientation and training. Maintain applicant and hiring records. Attend job fairs, community events, and networking opportunities. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Support IFC's staffing needs throughout Tennessee. Connect with community partners for the agency's employment services. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Experience in recruiting, human resources, healthcare staffing, administration, or customer service preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Tennessee as needed. Why Join IFC?
