We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. This is a fully onsite, direct hire opportunity with a stable and growing company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger support.

Key responsibilities include managing full-cycle bookkeeping functions for the organization, processing accounts payable and ensuring timely vendor payments, handling accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash applications, and collections follow-up, performing bank and credit card reconciliations, maintaining and updating general ledger entries, assisting with month-end close, including accruals and journal entries, preparing financial reports and supporting internal reporting needs, ensuring accuracy of financial records and compliance with company procedures, and assisting with audits and providing documentation as needed.

Qualifications include 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience, a strong background in AP, AR, and reconciliations, experience with general ledger and month-end processes preferred, proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar), strong Excel skills (data entry, basic formulas, reconciliations), a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment.
