PAYROLL ASSISTANT

Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator with hands-on experience using Paychex and QuickBooks to process accurate and timely payroll. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of payroll procedures, tax compliance, benefits administration, and payroll reporting while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.


3 month assignment in Fort Lauderdale

Job Requirements

• Process weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll through Paychex.
• Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, wage changes, deductions, and direct deposits.
• Review and verify employee timecards, overtime, PTO, commissions, and bonuses.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on schedule.
