About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Credit Risk Business Management. This role is pivotal in supporting the Chief Credit Risk Officer and the Credit Risk Leadership team in driving business management activities and strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day business management, including strategic planning, vendor management, procurement, and efficiency identification. They will also be tasked with monitoring and reporting on the utilization of third-party providers, developing executive communications, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives. The role requires a dynamic, solutions-oriented professional with a Bachelor's degree, 8 years of experience in business management, financial services, or a related field, and a strong background in risk management. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a proactive approach to vendor management, experience in supporting procurement of third-party providers, and a proven ability to work with multi-location, cross-functional teams. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to think strategically and build strong partnerships across teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, and have a forward-thinking mindset with an interest in emerging technologies. While not mandatory, experience in a Chief Risk Officer environment, familiarity with credit risk frameworks, and a track record of driving process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives are preferred.
