Job Opportunity: Executive Director We are expanding and seeking an Executive Director to lead our team. You Are Ready to embody our core values in patient and team‑member interactions. A strategic thinker committed to the continued success and future vision of the organization. You Will Make an Impact By Positively promoting Vance Thompson Vision within the communities we serve. Overseeing and supporting day‑to‑day clinical operations, ensuring a positive patient experience. Understanding patient flow and the various clinical support roles, maintaining appropriate staffing levels. Developing, establishing, and reviewing clinical operations and procedures in line with VTV policies. Monitoring patient satisfaction and feedback to implement continuous operational improvement. Acting as liaison and facilitating communication between doctors, management, and all team members. Evaluating opportunities and recommending capital and efficiency improvements. Mentoring, training, supervising, and developing staff to achieve high performance. Communicating regularly, proactively, and clearly at all levels of the organization. You Have Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent; Master of Business Administration preferred. Minimum of three to five years’ experience in clinic or healthcare leadership (preferred). Investments in You Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
