Job Description Job Title: Project Coordinator IV Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company Duration: 7.5 Months Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota 55432 Shift Timings: 1st Shift ***Note: The candidate must be local to the Minneapolis, Minnesota area. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Manage and coordinate knowledge-sharing events and activities within the organization. Written Communication: Exhibit strong written communication skills, including composition, grammar, punctuation, and critical thinking. Technical Proficiency: Utilize word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics presentation applications effectively. Adaptability: Perform well under pressure in an ambiguous and dynamic environment. Additional Responsibilities: Provide project or program support to a functional group or business process. Monitor program/project/system status, budgets, and timetables. Apply knowledge of company operations to assist in the development, implementation, and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures. Gather and compile information for reports. Provide technical support, which may include training, documentation, data extraction, review, tracking, and coding. Office Support Career Stream: Individual contributors provide organizational support or services (administrative or clerical) to other members within the organization. Majority of time spent in delivering support services or activities, typically under supervision. Differentiating Factors: Autonomy: Handle assignments that are extremely complex in nature. Potentially responsible for leading daily operations. Perform a variety of complex or technically advanced administrative and clerical duties. Operate with a high degree of initiative, often without established procedures. Organizational Impact: Involvement in special assignments and providing instructions to junior team members. Work involves obtaining or providing information of moderate importance or sensitive nature. Innovation and Complexity: Make adjustments or recommend enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve job area effectiveness. Problems faced are general and may require an understanding of other job areas, but typically are not complex. Communication and Influence: Communicate with internal and external contacts. Obtain and provide information on matters of significant importance to the job area. Leadership and Talent Management: May act as a team lead and assist the supervisor/manager. May delegate tasks to team members and be responsible for reviewing their work. Required Knowledge and Experience: Advanced practical knowledge within a specific discipline, typically gained through extensive work experience and/or education.
