Our full-time clinicians enjoy stable, guaranteed salary compensation, even when clients cancel—as we believe your time and expertise should be valued.Why Work Here?Flexible Work Options: Choose the schedule that fits your life with full-time salaried roles or hourly fee-for-service flexibility.Competitive Compensation: Earn $45–$55 per hour for hourly fee-for-service clinicians, with premium rates for bilingual skills, specialties, and experience.W-2 Employment: We hire W-2 employees only—no 1099 contractor arrangements.Robust Support System: We provide supervision, professional development, free CEUs, and licensure assistance—because investing in our clinicians is investing in quality care.What You'll Do:Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapyConduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of careDevelop personalized treatment plans that create real changeCoordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partnersMaintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR systemParticipate in case consultations and team meetings as neededProvide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessaryWho You Are:Have a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field requiredWill have Independent Clinical License within 2 yearsCurrent license in the state of Massachusetts a plusRequires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!Able to work in one of our five Massachusetts office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West SpringfieldApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positionsAccess to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positionsPremiums Paid For:Non-English language capacityExperienceSelect clinical specialtiesBenefits:Summer Fun Fridays!
